Will I meet my hosts in person on arrival?
No — all our apartments use contactless self check-in with a door code you receive the evening before arrival. This means you can arrive at any time, day or night, without coordinating with anyone. Your hosts are available 24/7 on WhatsApp throughout your stay — for restaurant tips, transport, maintenance, or anything else.
How does self check-in work?
The evening before arrival you receive a WhatsApp message with the exact address, door code, WiFi password and arrival instructions. You let yourself in whenever you arrive. The apartment is already cleaned, utility bills are paid, and WiFi is on.
What is the welcome gift?
A small thank you from us for booking directly — we leave something in the apartment waiting for you when you arrive. Consider it our way of saying hello.
What happens if something goes wrong during my stay?
Message your hosts on WhatsApp. We reply within an hour between 8am and 10pm CET, and urgently outside those hours. For real emergencies — water leak, power outage, lock issues — we have local contractors on call who can be on site within an hour.
Do you offer long stays for remote workers, students or expats?

Gzira Residence

A quiet, local neighbourhood on the promenade between Sliema and Msida. Five minutes on foot to the Sliema ferry terminal for Valletta. Weekends feel like real Malta — street markets, local cafés, Manoel Island just across the creek. The best base for longer stays or if you'd rather be among residents than tourists. Ten apartments, all 2-bedroom.

Portomaso Apartment

Portomaso is a gated marina complex on the eastern edge of St Julian's. One minute on foot to the nearest sandy beach. Two minutes to a dozen restaurants around Spinola Bay. The Hilton, casino, and Malta's best dining are all walkable. Ideal for a short, comfortable stay where everything is close.

Pendergardens Apartment

A modern garden complex in the quieter residential side of St Julian's — three minutes from Paceville nightlife but completely insulated from it. On-site gym and pool. Spinola Bay and the St Julian's seafront are a short walk. A good middle ground: you're in St Julian's with access to everything, but the apartment itself is calm and residential.
